Ambuja Cement pays passionate homage to a little-known community named Saidpur, popularly known as the village of martyrs, on this Republic Day. Rather than the customary chest-pounding and overt displays of forced patriotism, the video #AmbujaSalutesSaidpur transports us to a hamlet where every household has someone serving in the Indian defense forces.

The film genuinely touches the heart and provides us a glimpse into the devotion that inspires the people of Saidpur to devote their life to the service of the nation. While many businesses adopt the tactic of narrating stories on such occasions, #IndiaSalutesSaidpur uses a real-life premise to highlight the village’s sacrifices and fervour. The film’s portrayal of emotions.

Ayush Paul, VP Marketing – Ambuja Cements, said, “Occasions like Republic Day give us an opportunity to bring such inspirational stories to the forefront. The story of Saidpur is worth telling and we are glad we were able to say it in such a beautiful way. Our brand is more than just cement; we believe in making India stronger. Such stories blend very well with our brand ethos too. Saidpur touched our hearts, and we knew we had to tell this story.”
