Dalmia Bharat Cement recently signed a deal for freight trains with the Chakradharpur division of South Eastern Railway, which will also be used for marketing and branding promotions of the company’s brands and products. There are totally 5 freight trains, which have been taken on a long-term basis.
These trains are taken for long durations for material transportation and will thus be used for total branding purposes, Dalmia Bharat Cement said in a statement.
These freight trains will be travelling across the entire country, serving the purpose of a moving billboard. As per reports, the contract for the first phase has been awarded to Dalmia Bharat Cement for a total value of Rs 1.5 crore per annum for 300 BOXN wagons.
