Sajjan Bhajanka, promoter and director of Cement Manufacturing Co, subsidiary of Star Ferro and Cement, stated that the parent company plans to demerge its cement and ferro alloy divisions and consolidate its cement business in India. Star Ferro holds 70 per cent in Cement Manufacturing Co.
