This batching plant consists of planetary mixer, which comprises hydraulically operated discharge doors, interchangeable wear- resistant linings, reversible mixing blades, round mixing blades, round mixing arms in NiCr special steel, water distribution ring with spray nozzles and inspection covers for easy maintenance. The reversible mixing blades provide efficient mixing action, reduce mixing time and gives high-mix homogenisation with low power consumption. It is equipped with fully automatic microcontroller-based control system, which comprises mounting in operator’s cabin in walkway, main isolator system, user-friendly programming console programmable up to 99 recipes, four-digit displays for aggregate, cement, sand and admixture by weight, entry of customer name and truck number into batch record and printing, humidity correction, auto cycle correction of weight over complete batch, positivity to halt and resume order at any stage, multiple report generation, etc. Its specification include aggregate scraper geometric volume of 340 ltr, cement weighing hopper capacity geometric volume of 245 ltr, capacity of plastic concrete per batch 500 ltr, pan mixer loading capacity 750 ltr, water weigh hopper volume 170 ltr, concrete discharge height 4.12 m, etc.
