ACC’s LEISA (Low External Input Sustainable Agriculture) project aims to empower farmers by providing training and support for the adoption of organic farming methods and practices. The initiative, in collaboration with Rajiblochan Producers Company Limited (RPCL), supported by the Adani Foundation, has been driving positive change in villages around the Bargarh plant. Several farmers saw a reduction in input costs, increased yields, improved crop quality, and a boost in income. The project provides farmers with organic inputs at subsidized rates which help with environmental conservation and facilitating selling the produce
through RPCL.
