ACC Ltd, a cement manufacturer, announced a 40.55 per cent drop in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021, to Rs 280.85 crore on Wednesday. The company, which operates on a January-December financial year cycle, earned Rs 472.44 crore in the October-December quarter of the previous year. ACC is a subsidiary of Holcim, a Swiss construction materials conglomerate. Its overall revenue from operations for the quarter under review was Rs 4,225.76 crore, up 1.95 per cent from Rs 4,144.72 crore in the previous year’s equivalent period.
