I am Rilesh Damani, proprietor of D M Enterprise (DME), and I have been into this business for six years. My firm deals various territories of Maharashtra and mainly in the city of Mumbai. We deal mainly with the brand UltraTech Cement which according to me is the highest selling cement brand in our locality. We deal in the categories of cement like OPC, PPC and white cement as well. According to me, GST will facilitate faster delivery and easy availability of stock. Also I would like to make one suggestion, to the Government that the MRP printed on the cement bag should be at least 20 per cent more than the purchase price which will enable cement dealers to draw more profits.
