We have been serving the cement market since 1998. The market has changed drastically since then. Today the customer is more brand-aware. However, depending on the area, the demand specification varies. We have multiple brands as it gives more choice to customers and we are not dependent on only one particular brand to run the business. Here, Coromandel, Bharti, JK Cement, etc, are popular. Quality wise, all branded products are same, it is not that one product is significantly better. It is just the marketing that creates the difference. Here, we have seen that PPC has good demand amounting u pto 30 per cent of the total consumption. Most of this goes into concrete manufacturing. For us, the FY2013 was good and we are optimistic that the coming year too will be great. We strongly believe that if you work hard , you will reap the benefits.
