FLSmidth, a leading engineering company, that provied critical plants and machinery for cement industry, has won a contract worth more than DKK200 million for a 6000 tpd greenfield plant of Orient Cement in Karnataka.
FLSmidth will supply equipments like the limestone crusher, packing plant, raw material grinding system based on roller press technology, a VRM for coal grinding, ILC pyroprocessing system with Cross-Bar Cooler, two VRMs for cement grinding.
A packing and loading system for trucks and rail wagons will also be provided by FLSmidth. The company will setup a coal and additive storage facility for Orient Cements.
