In Kolkata, Alchemist Township has bought a prime residential property of 2 mn sq.ft from the Highland Group. The property is at Kolkata Riverside. It has targeted Rs 600 crore for this project which is a township development encompassing 262 acres being developed on the banks of the Hooghly River in the city. With this deal, Alchemist would be the only outside entity to have land for residential development in Highland´s project. Calcutta Riverside comprises 262 acres of green space with a multi-specialty hospital, vibrant retail outlets and an international standard school .
