THE new 36 m boom pump by Aquarius is an indigenous solution that ensures faster completion of job and reduced down time. The boom allows quick setting-up by overcoming the necessity of cumbersome pipeline lying. The key features include effective reverse pumping and reverse cleaning, digital hour meter and temperature display which is suitable for two axle chassis. The compact body of the boom covers less space and is maintenance friendly. The boom also has a new anti stalling device which saves the engine from getting overloaded. Being completely operated by remote control, the boom pump has water separator with display. The pump also has an unloading valve pump unloading valve to shut-off oil flow of hydraulic pump during blockages to prevent wastages. Also the boom is made of high strength alloy steel from Sweden which gives maximum strength and performance. The two-hand operation control of outriggers ensures safety in operation. The equipment also hasmentralised oil lubrication system for selected points and also ensures easy acess manual grease lubrication system to all points. over all the boom takes lesser time in erection and commissioning as compared to the others.
