Nepalese Minister for Industry Nabindra Raj Joshi has said that the government has "requested industrialists to provide construction materials required for reconstruction at lower prices".
The minister said that cheap construction materials will help the country’s earthquake-affected people, and Nepal is trying to complete the reconstruction work at the earliest. The Himalayan nation plans to give top priority towards the reconstruction of the heritage sites that were ravaged when the devastating quake hit the country in 2015.
