Stacker reclaimers are manufactured by PMK Innovative Engineers with the latest technology and built with hundred per cent indigenous materials.
Any bulk material handling system, in any industry, the stacker reclaimer takes the center stage of the area. It is the most important machine in the bulk material handling systems. The modern cement plant of capacity 0.8 million MT/annum and above, must have a stacker reclaimer to obtain homogeneous mixture of limestone irrespective of the grade of limestone received from the crusher. This is essential to obtain consistency of cement quality to be obtained from the cement mill. Some of the best purchasers of cement, will always look for stacker reclaimer in the limestone handling area to ensure quality cement. From the crusher, stacker receives different grades of crushed limestone and spreads in the form of a pile. It has to make minimum 250 layers of material to make the pile. This is achieved by to and fro motion of stacker at a particular speed over a length of 400 m. After making 250 to 400 layers of material, the stacker moves to make another pile in same pattern.
Now the reclaimer starts reclaiming the material with the help of bridge reclaimer and the moving shovels. The bridge is provided with a rake car system to agitate the material to flow down from top to the bottom in one direction. The shovels collect the material falling from the top and also bite the material from the pile at right angles to the flow of material, thus blending the material to produce homogeneous mixture to the raw mill. This ensures the quality and consistency of cement to be used in important bridges, metro rail and other prestigious RCC constructions.
PMK Innovative Engineers Pvt Ltd of Hyderabad firm is manufacturing stacker reclaimers with the latest technology, with lowest power consumption, with low capital cost and very low maintenance cost. These machines are built with hundred per cent indigenous materials therefore there is no problem of spares.
We are also producing stacker reclaimer (circular) for handling coal in cement plants and power plants of capacity 600 MW.
