The Bihar government has approved Shree Cement?s plans for a new cement plant in Aurangabad district. According to B Pradhan, Principal Secretary of the Cabinet Secretariat, Shree Cement had proposed to set up a cement plant with a production capacity of 20 lakh metric tonne per annum. It will also have a 12 MW biomass-based captive power plant.
