The MCHI- CREDAI Property Expo held at Bandra-Kurla Complex, saw builders making unique offers to attract more buyers. Organisers of the event reported a footfall of over 13,500 on first day itself.
The offers were more focused on pricing. Builders are making the payment schemes as convenient as possible. While some are offering upfront cash discounts, others are making payments more convenient to the buyers.
J S Augustine, Director of Acme Group, said that "the buyers are getting more choosy. This Expo has delivered one message very loud and clear. As much as it is critical to have a strong corporate brand image, it has become imperative that each of the projects have their own distinct offering too. We are very happy that the Expo is providing us a good platform to connect with our prospective buyers."
