ZETH Cement, a local subsidiary backed by Chinese investors recently held the ground ceremony for a new cement plant in northern Kyrgyzstan.
Zhu Rongjun, general manager of ZETH-Cement, the Chinese investment subsidiary registered in Kyrgyzstan and investor of the new cement plant, said the project would be completed and put into production in 15 months. The project will be located in Kemin, Chui province, about 13 km east of the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek.
