Sharadkumar Agarwal of S.K.Trading Company has been dealing in the cement business for the last 12 years. The company chiefly deals in cement manufactured by Murali Industries. He stated, "we deal in PPC and grade 43 cement." The company has cement sales of around 2.04 million tonnes annually. He reiterated, "due to active cooperation from cement companies, transportation was not an issue and did not hinder the movement of goods." Commenting on the advent of Goods and Services Tax(GST), he stated, "this tax regime will be the best thing that can happen to the cement industry. It will actually lead to curbing the industry’s problem in regard with octroi and other tax payments."
