The first Slipform Canal Paver made in India by CONMAT has been unveiled at Excon, 2011, South Asia’s largest construction exhibition. This platform was chosen by the company to reach out to a wider target market. The CONMAT Slipform Canal Paver has been developed indigenously taking into account the local construction environment. It is fully user friendly and easy to operate and control. Its compact size and low weight enable easy shifting. It enables for better grade and line tolerances through string line sensor control. The Paver runs on a chain track and is self driven by an on-board diesel engine. Options available with the Paver include a variable width frame for varying canal cross sections and a charging conveyor for concrete feeding.Apart from this, the company had also put on display, a 120 CuM Concrete Batching Plant with Double Transit Mixer discharge, fully mobile 20 CuM Batching Plant with twin shaft mixer, Canal & Road Cylinder Finisher and a low height 30 CuM Concrete Batching Plant with Scada controls.
