The plant features include low power requirement, low maintenance cost, easy erection and commissioning, easy transportation, etc. The hydraulic rotary actuator of the radius lift arm exerts a constant pressure against the pile of aggregates and sand, irrespective of pile size of configuration, with no wastage. The radius lift arm sweeps almost 180? to load aggregates and sand. The drum mixer consists of reversible type drum with specially designed blades for fast and homogenous mixing to get different grades of concrete as per IS standard. The special wear-resistant inner linings provide longer life to the drum. The weighing system separates load cell based aggregate and ensures high accuracy. Cement can be fed from silos or bag breaking hopper. It is equipped with automatic water unit with 340 litre water tank and electronic water metering for accurate water batching. The microprocessor-based control panel offers numerous possibilities for programming multiple recipes, moisture compensation, automatic and manual batching, charging and mixing cycles.
