Ambuja Cements production moved up by 6.3 per cent year-on-year during February 2011 to 17.91 lakh tonne, while the dispatch rose by 4.97 per cent from 16.90 to 17.74 lakh tonne. In January-February 2011, the company registered a total production of 36.35 lakh tonne against 34.21 lakh tonne during the same period last year. The company’s dispatch rose 4.94 per cent in January-February 2011 compared to the corresponding months in 2010.
